Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment credentials or real patient information.

Account access

Use Forgot password on the app's sign-in screen to request a reset link. Use the same phone when opening it. A deleted account cannot be recovered through password reset.

Privacy and deletion

To request account deletion without reinstalling MEDWORLD, use the account-deletion page. For access or correction requests, contact the same support address.
