Request account deletion
You can delete your MEDWORLD account in Settings → Delete account. If you cannot use the app, email a request from the address registered to your account.
What happens next
- Send the request to medworld.tutorial@gmail.com using the button below or your own email service.
- MEDWORLD checks that you own the account. We may request proportionate verification, but never your password or verification code.
- After verification, we process permanent account deletion and confirm the outcome by email.
Deletion removes the active account and associated profile, bookmarks, study history, performance, flashcard and progress records. Organisational content and uploaded files are handled through the account-deletion cleanup workflow. Provider backups, support correspondence and limited legal/security records may persist separately as described in our Privacy policy. Deleted accounts cannot be restored. Any future store subscription must be managed separately in the relevant store.
This form opens your email app. Nothing is submitted until you send the email; preparing it does not delete your account. If no email app opens, send your request directly to medworld.tutorial@gmail.com.
